1. What regions does T.U.A cover?
T.U.A is a Canadian taxation software that covers all provinces except Quebec.
2. What tax services does T.U.A not cover?
T.U.A currently does not file T3 Trust returns or Final Returns (for the deceased). We do, however, file T2 corporation returns.
3. How do I know if I am getting the most accurate return?
At T.U.A., we follow a three-step process for accuracy. Your return is prepared by our accountants and our tax software, then reviewed by a chartered accountant, and sent to you for your final approval, before submission and payment.
4. How does T.U.A keep my personal data stored and safe?
We protect your data with bank-grade security. This includes AES-256 encryption for stored files on secure, Canadian-based servers, and TLS encryption to safely transmit data. Your connection is always protected, and access is tightly controlled with strict internal policies.
5. What kind of support can I get if I have questions during or after filing my taxes?
